Return Policy

At TOOBUR, we guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the products you have received, please see the following instructions:

(1)Defective Products:
All defective products can be exchanged for working products, or you may request a refund. If you have received defective items, please contact us within 60 days after you receive the goods. After we confirm the problem, we will send you a working replacement product or provide you with a refund.

(2)Non-defective Products:
Products that are not defective can be returned for a refund or replacement, even if the goods are returned simply because of personal reasons and not because of TOOBUR-related reasons. However, return requests must be made within 60 days from the shipment arrival date. After all the procedures are completed, you will receive your refund within 3-5 days.

>Image of defective items if possible

Refund Policy

1. All return items must be in their original condition and packaging. The original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Please include a slip with your Order ID number, full name and reason for return inside the return package.
3. Consider insuring the return package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. TOOBUR is not responsible for items that are not delivered or damaged upon arrival.
4. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product
